Happy Thursday! It’s almost the weekend!!!
Since my last weight loss update, a lot of people have been asking me what I put in my morning shakes, and what program I’ve been following to help kick start my weight loss again, so I thought I’d share what I put in my breakfast smoothie!
- 1 scoop of my favorite meal replacement powder ( I like the chocolate flavor)
- 1 cup of water (you can also use almond milk, etc)
- 1 scoop of my favorite collagen powder
- 1 handful of greens
- ½ of a banana
- Handful of ice
If you’ve seen my stories and the shake I’m referring to you’re probably thinking it looks disgusting, because it totally does. However, it tastes amazing. I personally love anything chocolate/banana flavor, so this is like a nice treat for me! The reason I’m obsessed with the meal replacement powder I’m using is because there are major benefits, here are a few: It improves digestive health, helps lower cholesterol, fights cravings, it’s high in antioxidants, aids in weight loss, and SO much more.
